What are your body's "fuel"?

The human body needs important elements to operate efficiently, such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and probiotics.

They act as the "good fuel" to boost your immune system and fortify your body.

Why do you need a strong immune system and body?

You will be less sick and can recover more quickly when you do. In addition, you will look younger, energized and feel less moody.

Nutritious foods are quality sources of energy for your body, but that doesn't mean you have to cut or feel guilty about the 'unhealthy' ones you love. Everyone has unique tastes and preferences.

Enjoying your favorite foods:​

1.

Lifts your mood in difficult times,

(I, for example, find comfort in chocolate when I'm sad!),​

2.

Connect with others,

(restaurants, family movie, etc.),​

3.

Improve your emotional well-being,

(simply savoring your favorite snack during an "adulting break").​

Moderation and some alternatives are important to balance the consumption of both "healthy" and "unhealthy" food, which is why monitoring calorie intake and knowing what you eat to satisfy both mind and body becomes a (real) lifesaver.
