Fats
Nooo! Don't skip this page! Fats (The good ones) are excellent!
Fats, aka Fatty acids are ESSENTIAL for your body!
There are four different fatty acids, and the healthy ones are a nice quality source of fuel for your body to maintain your health and prevent diseases.

WHY ARE FATS IMPORTANT?

Fats, carbs and proteins are the sources for your liver to produce cholesterols, microscopic waxy particles that travel in your bloodstream to work on your cell walls, bile, hormones, assist with vitamin D and more.
Your liver makes 80% of them, and 20% comes from what you feed your body.

Your liver produces two types of cholesterols depending on what you feed yourself with:
"Unhealthy" fats:
"Low-Density Lipoprotein" cholesterol,
aka "LDL.
"Healthy" fats:
"High-Density Lipoprotein cholesterol,
aka "HDL".
