aka sugar alcohol

Considered as a simple carb, but it's actually a type of carb with the structures of both sugar and alcohol.

Example of main sugar alcohol:

- Erythritol,

- Mannitol,

- Xylitol.

Oligosaccharides

(3 ~ 10 monosaccharides linked together)

Example of main oligosaccharides:

- Raffinose,

- Stachyose.
