Probiotics

In the simplest words possible, probiotics are "kind microbes" that contribute to the well-being of our body. They strengthen our health.

They live mostly in our intestines and this community of supportive microbes is called "microbiome".

Note:

"Prebiotics" are not the same as probiotics, even if they are very important. Prebiotics are a type of fiber and it's the food of your probiotics.
